Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team to drive high performance within the assigned depot in partnership with the General Manager.
  • Develop, manage, and coach depot employees in person and virtually.
  • Manage workforce planning, training, workforce engagement, performance management, recognition, development, and coaching.
  • Lead the implementation of systems and processes to maintain a highly engaged workforce and address engagement and individual performance issues.
  • Execute high levels of customer service efficiently and collaborate with the Regional Planner, Operations Support Administrator, and other functional partners to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure customer inquiries, incidents, and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Achieve depot operational performance through continuous improvement practices and lead Operational Excellence.
  • Manage depot expenses, service, and distribution performance through efficient operations.
  • Lead overall safety, Department of Transportation compliance, and quality control management practices within the depot.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of management experience.
  • A Class A or B commercial driver's license (CDL).
