Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
  • Certification as a nurse anesthetist.
  • A Master's of Science in Nursing.
  • A current New York State Registered Nurse license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered anesthesia for all types of surgical procedures.
  • Provide anesthetic care in obstetrics, regional anesthesia, pediatrics, and thoracic subspecialties.
  • Work weekends and nights as required.
  • Work three 13-hour shifts or a combination of 16- and 24-hour shifts.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Doctor of Nursing Practice or Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice degree.
