Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in wholesale operations, logistics, fulfillment, or distribution, preferably within apparel, fashion, accessories, or consumer products.
  • Experience supporting major brands, department stores, or retail accounts, including high-volume and seasonal fulfillment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, receiving, purchase orders, and order fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with routing guides, chargebacks, shipping documentation, and Electronic Data Interchange transaction requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for operational tracking, analysis, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to use technology and data to improve operational workflows and resolve fulfillment issues.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary operations contact for wholesale account managers, overseeing order execution and fulfillment updates.
  • Manage the full wholesale fulfillment cycle, from order receipt and inventory review through picking, packing, routing, and shipment.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to translate demand forecasts into inventory, warehouse capacity, labor, and fulfillment plans.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams and third-party logistics partners on inbound scheduling, outbound priorities, and shipment execution.
  • Monitor inventory risks, including shortages, discrepancies, stockouts, and aged inventory, and coordinate resolutions with Purchasing and Inventory Control.
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy while ensuring all movements are properly documented.
  • Track fulfillment performance, on-time delivery, shipping accuracy, chargebacks, and compliance.
  • Investigate operational issues and implement process improvements to prevent delays, errors, and compliance violations.
  • Use operational data and artificial-intelligence-powered technology to automate workflows, evaluate performance, and identify actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for wholesale logistics and fulfillment.
  • Provide regular performance reports and operational updates to the Director of Wholesale.
