The Office Manager & Administrative Assistant will be based out of our Austin office in the Domain with a for hybrid work schedule (2-3 days a week in the office). Cognite is a 600+ employee startup with 100+ employees in the Americas so, this person will wear lots of hats. About 50% of the responsibilities will be supporting the Chief Revenue Officer of Cognite and the remaining 50% will be supporting the local office with general facilities, ordering snacks/drinks for the office, misc. event planning and special projects.
What You’ll Do
- Office management including, ordering snacks, drinks, event planning, office decorating for the holidays
- Responsible for the Administrative support of the Chief Revenue Officer other Senior Leadership Team (SLT) as needed
- Coordinate and manage calendars and meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare expense reports for the CRO
- Assist with planning meetings and events for the Americas
- Special projects as assigned
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of work experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Experience with online expense reporting
- Proficient in GSuite (GMail, Sheets, Docs, Slides and Forms)
- Experience working in a high tech startup environment is preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Able to work equally well in a team environment and independently
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Able to work well under pressure
- Flexible
- Able to exercise good judgment and discretion with confidential or sensitive tasks
