- Basic mathematical skills are required.
- Basic computer experience.
- Preferred high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire date.
- Ability to safely stand, walk, grasp, handle, feel, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work around moving mechanical parts in a production environment, loud noise, and fluctuating temperatures.
- Personal protective equipment is required in the production department and other designated areas.
- Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
- Demonstrate safe work practices by wearing correct personal protective equipment and following safety policies.
- Adhere to the work schedule and maintain punctuality.
- Work effectively with others.
- Adhere to company General Manufacturing Policies.
- Keep the work area neat, clean, and organized.
- Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
- Pick up dropped bottles from the production floor and place them into designated bins.
- Place discarded bottles into the grinder, if applicable.
- Inspect bottle quality during production, packaging, and labeling.
- Perform bottle inspections, including drop tests for designated lines.
- Immediately escalate bottle abnormalities, defects, and quality issues.
- Monitor packaging-material supply levels and replenish materials as needed.
- Ensure correct labeling, bottle description, and product packaging according to specific customer requirements.
- Move finished goods to the designated area.
- Set up and organize workstations efficiently.
- Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies to facilitate smooth transitions between shifts.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
