  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 6+ years of human resource management experience in a similarly sized company
  • Manufacturing or automotive background experience preferred
  • PHR / SHRM-CP/SCP certificate preferred
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
  • Manages a team of salaried HR employees through day-to-day processes
  • Ensures consistent application of company policies
  • Manages all hourly and salaried employee escalations
  • Leads hourly recruitment efforts
  • Supports team in processing weekly hourly team member payroll
  • Establishes and maintain department records and reports
  • Ensures compliance with all employment laws
  • Participates in unemployment hearings
