  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of facilities and operations experience
  • Proven track record with assisting and executing successful events
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely comfortable working within a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage time, work independently and see projects through completion
  • Capable of working onsite in San Mateo (5 days a week)
  • Proficient in Office 365, G-Suite, Slack, Concur, Zoom Rooms
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Confluence, and Monday.com a plus
Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and assist with logistics
  • Manage and stock inventory, assist with procurement, and partner with maintenance staff
  • Provide administrative support to leadership
  • Support team events and creative planning
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and work with company travel agency
  • Establish and maintain documentation related to studio operations
  • Process employee expense reports
  • Coordinate projects with IT partners for onboarding, supplies, deliveries, and installations
