Requirements
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a customer service role
  • A track record of self-improvement, upward growth, and top performance with KPIs or quotas
  • Passionate about sales, the restaurant industry, SaaS and technology
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment (2x a week in our Toronto office)
  • University or College degree (Nice to Have)
  • Salesforce and/or Point of Sale experience (Nice to Have)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English (Nice to Have)
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify warm leads from customer inquiries and demand generation marketing sources
  • Conduct high volume prospecting through phone, text, and email
  • Prioritize and organize lead pipeline for maximum efficiency on a daily basis
  • Ensure all sales activities are accurately recorded and tracked in Salesforce
  • Understand and leverage product features, our Partners, Marketing, and others to ensure targets are met on a monthly basis
  • Work as a team to deliver the best customer experience at all times
