About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. You will work closely with functional consultants, business users, and IT teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and enhancements. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, development tools, and integration methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions within an Oracle EBS environment. You will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing system performance, ensuring data integrity, and providing innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs. The role also involves staying up-to-date with the latest Oracle EBS technologies and best practices, and proactively identifying opportunities for system improvements and enhancements. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Oracle EBS environment using technologies such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS modules, including Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Optimize system performance by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EBS technologies and best practices.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to other team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant.
Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow.
Experience with Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing.
Solid understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and development tools.
Experience with integration methodologies and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is a plus.
Oracle EBS certification is a plus.
