- Provide recommendations for remediation and repair.
- Safely access roofs, attics, and crawl spaces to photograph areas of interest.
- Identify and interview witnesses and other key parties involved.
- Prepare and submit findings and recommendations for resolving insurance claims or litigation matters.
- Experience with power surges, lightning strikes, and evaluating electrical components after a fire, including wiring, control systems, panels, outlets, and appliances or equipment.
- Experience evaluating HVAC units for repair versus replacement after storm or hail damage.
- Experience evaluating boilers, chillers, pumps, plumbing, and heating systems.
