Goettsch International, Inc. is a leading reseller of high-end corrugated machinery in multiple world markets, including the Caribbean, Central America, and South America. We specialize in offering exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring that their corrugated machinery needs are met through our extensive network of international suppliers.
We are looking for an International Sales Representative who will be responsible for managing and developing sales in the Caribbean, Central America, and South America. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and be willing to travel 50%+ of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the Caribbean, Central America, and South America to promote and sell high-end corrugated machinery from our international suppliers.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in the region.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by generating leads, following up with prospects, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved.
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote Goettsch International’s products and services.
- Travel extensively throughout the region to meet with customers and build relationships with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will promote a positive company culture based on core values of integrity, innovation, and service excellence. In addition, you will need:
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the machinery industry or related field.
- Highly motivated and willing to travel extensively (50%+ of the time).
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of the machinery industry and related products and services preferred but not required.
- Ability to interact with high-level engineers and executives at customer companies.
