Requirements

Proven skills in various PMS.
Knowledge of operating SCP.
Ability to work independently.
Minimum 10th pass; 10+2 is preferred.
Ability to read and write in the local language; English is preferred.
Successful completion of the L1 Training Program; L2 is preferred.
Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
Working knowledge of computers is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of technicians and deliver service excellence through the team.
Ensure contractual obligations to customers are met and consistently high standards of workmanship are delivered.
Supervise termite jobs and SMEs jobs in the absence of TSPO jobs, and support solo technicians if required; do not use the role for office work.
Issue materials, chemicals, and fuel, and monitor and optimise consumption.
Verify physical stock and ensure it matches NAV every 15 days.
Prepare bags and materials for technicians one day in advance for the next day's schedule, using the daily schedule from Planner at 3 p.m.
Allocate technicians for daily deployment in coordination with SPs as per OTOZ.
Reduce material consumption at sites and en route, and optimise resource utilisation.
Inform BM/OM monthly about non-moving materials; monitor expiry dates and notify OM/BM at least 3–4 months in advance.
Update OE about surplus or near-expiry stock and prepare indents.
Take physical stock at the branch and customer sites.
Keep the store clean and neat.
Check distribution and issue of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Check service quality during supervision and surprise visits.
Supervise termite jobs and optimise ToS for termite jobs.
Improve termite job quality to reduce complaints.
Encourage more technicians to submit leads.

About the Role:

The JM Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of technicians and delivering quality Termite services, optimising material consumption and service excellence through them. The incumbent will report to the OM / AOM/ Sr OE and will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage a team of technicians and deliver Service Excellence through a team.
Ensure contractual obligations to our customers are met; ensuring consistently high standards of workmanship are delivered.
Supervision of Termite jobs, SMEs jobs in absence of TSPO jobs, and supporting Solo Technicians if required (Should not be utilised for Office work)
Issue of materials, chemical, Fuel and monitoring & optimising consumption.
Verify physical stock and ensure the same is matching with NAV once in 15 days.
