Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Invisors will not sponsor applicants for United States work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT or any employment-based visa)
  • 3+ Years of Workday Absence & Time Tracking and/or 3.5-5 years of consulting industry experience
  • Experience implementing or working with Workday
  • Prior consulting experience is preferred
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate Workday configuration skills and project and industry experience so they can manage client requirement meetings without additional guidance
  • Direct the activities of consultants associated with their payroll project under an architect's guidance
  • Act as a Mentor for lower-level employees, both within the HCM area at large
  • Actively assist their direct supervisors and other leadership without needing to be asked
  • Contribute to the internal goals of the Human Capital Management
