- Design and lead consulting assignments in human resources, organization, and management.
- Develop tailored recommendations and support their implementation.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables, client satisfaction, and mission performance.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the evolution of the consultancy's tools and methods.
- An interest in business development and the ability to work in a demanding environment are strongly desired.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
