Requirements
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Must currently hold a Nevada issued Cosmetology license
  • Must currently hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers and TAM Card
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a Hair stylist in a resort setting
  • Demonstrated capability to perform updos, gentleman’s haircuts using sheers and clippers, expertise in coloring techniques such as highlights and balayage
  • Has a flexible schedule and ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
  • Cultivate premium guest experiences that promote guest retention, through the recommendation of service enhancements, upgrades, and promotion of retail products
  • Ensure alignment of departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
  • Perform a range of services including but not limited to haircuts, blowouts, updos, extensions and chemical treatments ensuring all services are concluded in allotted timeframes
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, working knowledge of all products, and familiarity with latest trends and techniques to meet guest requests
  • Report any opportunities for improvement to Spa & Salon Leadership
  • Address any guest complaints or concerns in a professional, courteous manner
