About the job

Requirements
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management, with sourcing and negotiation as the primary output.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one influencer discovery platform, such as Upfluence, Grin, CreatorIQ, or a similar platform, including building filters, evaluating audience overlap, and running high-volume shortlists.
  • A proven track record of closing barter and gifting collaborations, including deals where the budget is a product sample and a persuasive pitch.
  • Working knowledge of TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram, and Facebook as creator ecosystems, including platform content dynamics, algorithmic rewards, and commerce drivers.
  • Ability to manage multiple brand voices and creator networks in parallel without cross-contamination.
  • Strong written and verbal English for daily negotiations with US-based creators.
  • Technical fluency and ability to learn and apply AI tools, automated workflows, and data analysis tools, including AI coding agents, LLMs, N8N, Dify, and SQL.
  • Commitment to continuous experimentation and proactively applying AI to solve business problems.
Responsibilities
  • Own the creator pipeline across all Consumables brands; use influencer discovery platforms to prospect, shortlist, and qualify creators against brand-specific personas.
  • Run monthly tiered shortlisting cadences of approximately five nano creators (5K, barter), 20 macro creators (50K–200K, affiliate), and five mega creators (500K+, paid), adjusted by brand priority.
  • Handle creator outreach and onboarding, including initial direct messages, terms, closing, and system entry.
  • Maintain a live creator database covering active creators, published content, brand alignment, contract status, performance, and reactivation potential.
  • Recommend new creator personas and angles, and monitor emerging influencer and creator trends rather than waiting for briefs.
  • Manage the monthly budget and coordinate with stakeholders, including brand managers and the performance manager.
  • Run the affiliate program end-to-end, including onboarding, commission links, conversion tracking, and identifying top performers.
  • Negotiate barter and rate collaborations, including closing deals without a budget.
  • Secure full media rights on every barter deal so content can be reused across Amazon product detail pages, paid social, direct-to-consumer, and organic channels.
  • Track affiliate performance weekly using conversion rate, revenue, and advertising cost of sales by tier, and bring scale, pause, or renegotiate recommendations to Monday briefings.
  • Write creator briefs covering hook direction, key message, claim hierarchy, visual angle, duration, and call to action.
  • Adapt creator briefs to each influencer or creator category.
  • Coordinate the sample-to-content pipeline, including briefs, timelines, review against the brief, and usage-rights confirmation.
  • Maintain the user-generated content usage-rights tracker, including live content, channels, and expiry dates.
  • Leverage AI coding agents, automated or agentic workflows, and data analysis tools to automate tasks and support data-driven decisions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, personal care, or home care categories.
  • Familiarity with Amazon-linked affiliate structures, including Amazon Associates and Attribution.
  • Previous experience working with the US market and US creator networks.
  • Hands-on TikTok Shop creator management, including onboarding, commission setup, and the content-to-storefront pipeline.
  • Experience building a creator program from zero.
