- Regular travel within the Cologne/Aachen region to support company directorates and financial advisors on site.
- A category B driver's license.
- Strong sales-oriented thinking and enthusiasm for insurance products.
- High self-motivation and ability to execute.
- Strong communication skills and a confident professional presence.
Responsibilities
- Support financial advisors in selling life insurance to private and corporate customers.
- Participate in advisory meetings involving complex customer cases.
- Develop and implement sales strategies in insurance distribution.
- Identify market potential in the corporate customer segment.
- Provide technical and sales-related training for financial advisors.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops.
- Plan and lead sales events and customer events.
Desired Qualifications
- Further qualification, such as an insurance and finance specialist qualification.
