- Experience with white-box, gray-box, and black-box testing.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience creating test plans, developing test cases, analyzing and reporting defects, and performing test automation.
- Experience with JavaScript, Selenium WebDriver, JMeter, SoapUI, HTML, Jira, Jenkins, Git, Stash, Confluence, and Artifactory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and JavaScript, or a development background.
- Experience with API testing and Groovy scripting.
- Two to three years of lead experience.
- Work with other team members to understand customer requirements and develop meaningful solutions.
- Write and execute automation and performance tests in Java or scripting languages.
- Present and evaluate performance results.
- Participate in meetings and reviews with customers and team members.
- A background in software development is preferred.

Keys co-hosts countywide cybersecurity challenge. Date posted June 12, 2026 Keys Energy Services (KEYS), Nextgen Technologies, and Cyber Florida at the University of South Florida recently co-hosted the 2026 Keys Cyber Games. The event brought together Monroe County government agencies to defend against simulated cybersecurity attacks on Friday, June 12. Participants sharpened their threat detection and response capabilities through hands-on experience in threat hunting, incident response, and network anomaly detection while simultaneously fostering critical inter-agency collaboration. "This exercise gave participants a chance to experience real-world challenges in a controlled setting," said Lynne Tejeda, General Manager & CEO of KEYS. "It's an important step toward making our county more resilient to cyber threats."
