  • 8-12 years’ experience administering equity in both the private and public space
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation preferred
  • Familiarity with Morgan Stanley Shareworks and Workday
  • Knowledge of tax regulations related to equity compensation plans
  • Flexibility and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, process-driven, independent, self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform self-audit
  • Advanced Excel, G-Suite, and reconciliation skills
  • Ability to manage up and work with multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain equity administration platform
  • Prepare grant agreements and load new grant data
  • Maintain company’s equity cap table
  • Partner with external record-keeper for employee equity transactions
  • Assist Legal and People teams with executive grant & transactional data
  • Perform reconciliation of records between departments
  • Generate recurring reports for internal and external partners
  • Collaborate with People team to ensure employee data integrity
  • Conduct equity analysis, modeling, and testing
  • Assist in creating communication materials and presentations
  • Educate employees on equity compensation
