Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a solutions-oriented data-driven strategic role with a focus on client engagement and interaction
  • 7+ years of data-driven strategy consulting, planning or client leadership experience, with a major brand, agency or Martech vendor
  • Marketing (Digital, Integrated, CRM, etc.) experience required; emphasis to knowledge and experience in media strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social and Display as well as owned channels such as CRM email, SMS and direct mail
  • Understanding of advanced analytics and modeling is a plus
  • Deep understanding and experience with a CDP, ESP and DSP is a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present concepts to a variety of stakeholders including C-Suite
Responsibilities
  • Support new business and existing client meetings as SME representing Zeta’s Data Cloud
  • Use data insight to find opportunities and recommend omni-channel strategic solutions to clients or prospects; focused on improving marketing outcomes, reaching desired business objectives and improving customer experiences
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on innovative ideas, as well as generate marketing & PR support for the company
  • Partner with product teams to ensure platform capabilities support client requirements, industry best practices for optimization, and future revenue opportunities
  • Develop and manage strategy and analytic roadmaps that define workstreams aligning to client objectives and deliver omni-channel coordinated journeys
  • Support client presentations and deliverables; working with the account, creative, analytics and operations teams
  • Cross-functional team leadership skills to ensure successful project engagements; including the ability to develop & evolve team processes to meet client deliverables
  • Active participation in practice management, including training for new resources as well as other Zeta business units
  • Identify new strategic partnerships that can leverage innovative data sources to solve critical client business problems
  • Develop new solutions to better surface intelligence and visualize insights that correlate to actionable in-market activation opportunities
  • Collaborate to improve predictive model fidelity – both the speed to market and predictability of model outcomes - through the combination of first party data and Zeta’s third party data assets
  • Help organize and prioritize the intake of requests, both internally and externally, to ensure a timely deliverable that exceeds stakeholder expectations
