- Create test plans and test cases; coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing and system integration testing to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
- Analyze business operations, identify areas for improvement, and translate business needs into explicit functional and technical specifications.
- Ensure technical solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with strategic business goals.
