Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in an economic-administrative area is desirable; the degree title is desirable.
  • Experience as an outbound contact center representative, including telephone sales, is desirable.
  • Experience as a personal banker in the financial sector, including prospecting and closing a customer portfolio by phone, is desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Contact and attract preferred-segment customers, primarily and exclusively by telephone, promoting and advising on banking products and services to build loyalty within a BBVA customer portfolio and provide personalized service.
  • Place financial products, including investment funds, credit cards, consumer credit, insurance, immediate cash products, auto loans, and mortgage loans.
  • Manage a customer portfolio.
  • Contact, attract, and retain preferred customers through telephone calls to build customer loyalty.
  • Profile and prospect customers to identify financial products and banking services that meet their needs.
  • Integrate and keep updated the files of assigned Personal Banking customers.
  • Manage timely recovery of loans taken out by customers.
