Requirements
  • Experience delivering high-quality campaigns for industry-leading companies across experiential, audiovisual, digital, social, print, out-of-home, and live action work.
  • Hands-on experiential production background, including creative development, workbacks, vendor management, and on-site execution.
  • Experience managing long-term, multi-million-dollar engagements and multiple project tracks with a firm command of project management processes and methodologies.
  • Experience managing quick, short-term engagements with smaller, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Deep understanding of 360-degree campaign and production lifecycles.
  • Ability to own budget and cost of goods sold tracking for a workstream and flag risks early.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous client-facing experience.
  • Five to seven or more years of project management or production experience in a fast-paced, integrated agency environment.
Responsibilities
  • Own a single Experiential workstream, such as design, video content, premiums, or locations, from creative development through final production and delivery.
  • Manage teams through concepting, creative development, design, quality control, and final delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with Account Management and clients regarding project status and timing.
  • Schedule and conduct internal and external kickoffs and internal senior leadership team and client reviews, keep work on track and on-brand, and distribute notes to the team.
  • Log client feedback and brand guideline updates and ensure they are incorporated into the work.
  • Partner with creative, account, and strategy teams to develop briefs, timelines, decks, and other workstream resources.
  • Build and maintain master project calendars and workbacks, collaborating with stakeholders to track and recalibrate schedules against client briefs, feedback, and deliverable trackers.
  • Draft statements of work outlining initiatives, milestones, and deliverables with input from the creative team and Head of Project Management.
  • Maintain a Master Event Playbook with current event elements, technical specifications, and brand standards.
  • Own the Run of Show and serve as the primary point of contact for timing and transitions.
  • Identify, order, and manage event supplies and specialized materials.
  • Manage third-party vendors and support broader vendor communications to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Track workstream budget and cost of goods sold and report updates to the Senior Project Manager.
  • Support the Head of Project Management with internal billing and invoicing.
