Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or 3 years of quality engineering experience
  • Ability to read and interpret GD&T diagrams (ASME Y14.5)
  • Proven experience in quality engineering or a similar role, preferably in the aerospace manufacturing or robotics industry
  • Familiarity and experience with metrology tools and gauges
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Passion for delivering high-quality products and improving processes
Responsibilities
  • Improve and develop new quality control processes and procedures for product manufacturing, assembly, and testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle
  • Manage the quality inspection team
  • Perform inspections and audits to identify non-conformities and areas for improvement
  • Establish and maintain quality metrics and performance indicators
  • Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Provide training and guidance to the production team on quality standards
  • Participate in design reviews and risk assessments
  • Support customer inquiries and feedback related to product quality
