SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
- To perform assigned set up responsibilities in a manner that meets or exceeds the requirements of the organization and its customers.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- To perform assigned daily routine.
- Assist in making sure all molds are kept in good working condition.
- To perform set ups in molding departments as required.
- To provide backup technical support to production and other internal customers.
- Assist with new machines and new molds during debugging stage.
- Perform specified functions of Maintenance and Engineering Manager his absence.
- Perform specified functions of equipment repair as require
- To report any vital information concerning quality, safety, and productivity to the proper personnel.
- To assist in maintaining a quality, clean, and safe working environment.
- Know and understand Silgan Company policies and procedures
