Responsibilities
  • Manually author/edit interactive question types using the Kiddom platform
  • Develop and implement protocols for proofreading, fact-checking and copyediting curriculum-aligned lesson presentations
  • Author/edit supplemental resources aligned to existing curriculum
  • Review content and provide Quality Assurance feedback
  • Manage projects, create schedules, monitor budgets and own deliverables
  • Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications
  • Assist in organizing work based on team member expertise, experience, and workload
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Continuously monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve when situations do not align with usual processes
