Requirements
  • A completed Master’s degree or diploma in Architecture (ETH/FH) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in Switzerland, covering as many SIA phases as possible.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach, with very good, negotiation-level German.
  • Knowledge of project management and familiarity with Swiss contract, standards, and construction practices.
  • Leadership competence, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
  • Professional proficiency with building information modeling (BIM).
  • Ability to solve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and transparent way of working.
  • Technical and design understanding, and prior leadership experience.
Responsibilities
  • Lead an engaging project with a team of 6–12 employees.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the client, authorities, and specialist planners.
  • Take responsibility for planning and schedules.
  • Support the site leadership in relation to the project.
  • Lead or co-lead a project with a high likelihood of realization.
