Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and oversight of recreational and/or competitive gymnasts at all times, including using appropriate spotting techniques.
Deliver age-appropriate curriculum and maintain working knowledge of equipment setup and breakdown.
Use correct spotting techniques as needed.
Attend and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
Track athlete attendance and immediately report issues or incidents to a supervisor.
Greet children and families and provide a fun daily experience.
Complete athlete progress charts regularly and communicate level recommendations to families.
Participate in class exhibitions and parent observations.
For team coaches, attend competitive meets.
Desired Qualifications
USA Gymnastics Instructor or Professional certification is preferred.
Experienced coaches and teachers are preferred.
Prior coaching experience is preferred.
USA Gymnastics certification is preferred.
A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Our Fall semester begins on September 14th.

Per Diem Compensation Range
$20 - $35/hour
The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
