Requirements
  • Hold a diploma or bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Be an active member in good standing of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Have strong experience in cardiology, neurology, and surgery; oncology expertise is a major asset for Unit 3C.
  • Be available to complete two paid orientation shifts in advance for each unit or shift block (2A, 4C, 5C, and 3C).
  • Be able to work with immediate clinical autonomy and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
  • Fill urgent staffing needs in the Medicine and Surgery departments at Rimouski Hospital.
  • Work assigned day, evening, or night shifts and select shift blocks according to availability, or take a full block of shifts.
Desired Qualifications
  • Oncology expertise is an asset for Unit 3C.
