Conducted by Best Companies Group in partnership with Crain's Cleveland Business and Crain's Content Studio-Cleveland, the Best Places to Work in Ohio recognition is a "research-driven program" that identifies and honors those employers who strive to create the type of workplace environment and culture in which employees thrive. "The work that they have done to create a welcoming environment is critical to our success in every way. The team makes the difference in what we are doing and how we do it together." To be considered, each participating organization must take part in a two-part process. First, an employer questionnaire assesses the company's programs and benefits. Second, employees are invited to complete a survey for their perspective on those programs and benefits in practice. Best Companies Group evaluates this information, and those companies that meet certain criteria are declared to be among the Best Places to Work in Ohio. "What a celebration and an honor it is to say that we have made this list for six years running," said Tom Faloon, COO. "Thank you to our team for continually making this happen. It is their action that has built the culture that has driven our success year after year." The feedback collected through this process also gives company leadership valuable insight to guide changes, programs, and policies that matter most to team members.
