Requirements
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment, and property.
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to the secure environment of the position.
  • Must hold a current Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) credential.
  • Must hold First Aid and CPR certifications.
  • Must have a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and at least five years of related experience in Construction Quality Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to meet the stated physical demands, including lifting up to 25 pounds, working in construction or machine-shop environments, communicating and responding to alarms, and using required protective equipment.
Responsibilities
  • Understand and apply health and safety regulations, practices, and procedures.
  • Define and document guidelines for quality assurance metrics.
  • Develop, document, and implement approved procedural changes.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Desired Qualifications
  • OSHA 30 certification would be beneficial but is not required.
