Seeking Project Manager (Key Personnel) candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as NCDPC. This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Functional Area Professional - IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Services (IT RAC) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

The ProSidian Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Project Manager (Key Personnel) Provides strategic oversight and direct client engagement for critical projects, ensuring compliance, timeliness, and quality of procurement and IT deliverables.
Qualifications
Desired Qualifications For System Architect (Software/Data/Database) I | Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting [NCDPC0024023] (NCDPC0024023) Candidates:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant field.
- Three (3) years of experience as a software developer, system analyst.
- Has knowledge of system architecture principles and design patterns, experience with software development methodologies, understands database concepts and data modeling, and proficiency in at least one programming language.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
Skills Required
- Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Eight (8) years of experience as a software developer or systems analyst.
- Professional-level certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect or other applicable).
