About the job
- Previous experience in a wide range of housekeeping functions.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Sufficient literacy skills to perform the essential functions of the role.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to safely use and maintain cleaning fluids and tools.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds, bend, and stoop as required by the role.
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy as necessary and maintain a professional appearance.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities, and other common areas according to the Property Manager's schedule.
- Keep accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment owned by the property and/or Peak.
- Respond courteously and efficiently to resident needs and management requests.
- Adhere to Occupational Safety and Health Act standards and company safety policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
