About the job
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field.
- Have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Be at least a junior in standing and have a graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- Be comfortable with one or more of C++, Python, or TypeScript.
- Have a solid grasp of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and systems.
- Have a genuine interest in markets and how software supports them.
- Be able to start the internship on June 1, 2027.
- No finance experience is required.
- Support the development of C++-based trading applications and tools.
- Complete hands-on projects that contribute to the firm's daily activities.
- Gain exposure to how trading works, from the underlying theory to the systems and tools built around it.
- Attend regular sessions with senior engineers covering the fundamentals of the systems and tools used.
- Work directly with engineers, traders, and other teams on projects that matter to the firm day to day.
- Receive direct feedback from engineers while learning in real time.
