ReSource Pro named to the 2026 InsurTech100.

ReSource Pro named to the 2026 InsurTech100. Share: FinTech Global recognizes ReSource Pro among the 100 most innovative insurance technology companies for advancing Managed AI Services across insurance operations. NEW YORK - Oct. 6, 2026 - ReSource Pro, the trusted strategic operations and technology partner to the insurance industry, today announced it has been named to the 2026 InsurTech100, the annual list of the world's most innovative InsurTech companies compiled by specialist research firm FinTech Global. The recognition places ReSource Pro among the top 100 companies reshaping how insurers apply technology across the value chain, from underwriting and claims to risk assessment, distribution, and customer engagement. ReSource Pro earned its place on the strength of its Managed AI Services offerings, which are custom services based on an operating model in which AI agents perform operational tasks while human experts supervise, guide, and continuously improve the system. Built on 70,000+ documented SOPs and AOPs (Standard Operating Procedures and Agent-Operated Procedures) and more than two decades of insurance operations experience, ReSource Pro pairs governed AI with human expertise so insurers can adopt automation without adding operational risk. The ninth annual InsurTech100 arrives at a time of rapid change across insurance, as AI, automation, and advanced data capabilities reshape how insurers develop products, assess risk, and engage customers. According to FinTech Global, the InsurTech sector is set to grow from $21.96 billion in 2025 to $30.24 billion in 2026, a compound annual growth rate of 37.7%. To build this year's list, a panel of analysts and industry experts reviewed more than 2,100 InsurTech companies, recognizing finalists for their ability to apply technology across the insurance value chain while helping insurers become more efficient, data-driven, and adaptable. "Insurers do not need more AI experiments. They need technology grounded in operational reality that can run safely at scale, with the governance and domain expertise to stand up to regulators, auditors, and boards," said Paul Naquin, President, Technology Services, ReSource Pro. Being named to the InsurTech100 reflects how ReSource Pro is combining decades of insurance expertise with modern technology to deliver AI that moves beyond experimentation and delivers meaningful results across the enterprise. "The InsurTech100 reflects how quickly the role of technology in insurance is evolving," said Richard Sachar, CEO of FinTech Global. This year's companies are tackling some of the industry's biggest challenges across underwriting, claims, risk assessment, distribution, and customer engagement, he added, describing the list as a guide to the firms turning ambition around data, automation, and AI into practical solutions with the potential to reshape how insurance operates. ReSource Pro Launches ProTalks, an Original Series on Insurance Technology and Operations

ReSource Pro Launches ProTalks, an Original Series on Insurance Technology and Operations TMCnet News [October 02, 2026] | / | ReSource Pro Launches ProTalks, an Original Series on Insurance Technology and Operations ReSource Pro, a strategic operations and technology services partner to the insurance industry, today launched ProTalks, a new series giving insurance leaders practical insight into the operational and technology decisions they are making now - from AI and data modernization to M&A integration, workforce transformation and regulatory change. Insurance has no shortage of predictions about where technology is headed. Operating detail is much harder to find: where the business case breaks, what happens to the workflow, and what gets missed between go-live and day 30. ProTalks is built around those questions. In Episode 1, "Data migration: the good, the unexpected, and everything in between," Crystal Darling, Senior Director, Retail Technology Services, ReSource Pro and Kevin Coplin, Principal, Technology Services, ReSource Pro take on a common assumption that once the data moves, the business is ready. Their experience says otherwise. A migration that is 99% accurate across 100,000 records still leaves 1,000 errors for someone to find, often a service team member in the middle of a client call. They walk through the hidden cost of data that never made it across. They also explain why discovery comes first, and why a conversion is the best chance an organization gets to fix its data quality. Their advice is equally practical: define success before go-live, start with discovery, understand what is missing as well as what is present, and measure the outcome through the eyes of the people who need to use the system, not simply by whether the data moved. That level of operational detail is what ProTalks is designed to surface. Each episode features people with direct responsibility for the work: operators, analysts, technologists and leaders who face these problems every day. They unpack the decisions tey made, the tradeoffs involved, what worked, what didn't and what others should consider before making similar decisions. "Most conversations about technology in insurance stay high-level. There's plenty of commentary about AI adoption, digital transformation and the future of the industry. What's harder to find is the operational detail," said Beth Taylor, SVP Marketing and Communications, ReSource Pro. "ProTalks is built to get underneath the headlines: Where does the business case break? What happens to the workflow? What gets missed in implementation? What should you know before you make the investment? Across 3,000+ clients and 20+ years, we've seen the same lessons learned the hard way more than once. ProTalks puts that experience on the table so insurance industry leaders can learn it." ProTalks carries the conversations from ReSource Pro Summit through the rest of the year. Leaders get regular access to practitioners as technology, market conditions, and operations change. New episodes release every other Friday on LinkedIn, YouTube, and at www.resourcepro.com. AI readiness in insurance: Why data readiness matters.

AI readiness in insurance: Why data readiness matters. By Su-Ting Fu, SVP, Data Strategy, ReSource Pro. Artificial intelligence is dominating boardroom conversations across the insurance industry. Organizations are exploring new use cases, evaluating emerging technologies, and looking for ways to improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer experiences. Yet amid the excitement surrounding AI, many organizations overlook a foundational question: "Is your data ready?" At ReSource Pro Insurance Summit 2026 in April, Su-Ting Fu, SVP of Data Strategy at ReSource Pro, challenged attendees to think differently about AI adoption. Rather than starting with technology, organizations should begin by focusing on the quality, accessibility, governance, and purpose of their data. Because while AI may be the engine, data is the fuel. And without the right foundation, even the most sophisticated AI initiatives struggle to deliver meaningful results. Data is more than an AI requirement. Many organizations view data readiness through the lens of AI implementation. But according to Fu, data strategy delivers value long before AI enters the equation. A clearly defined, accessible, secure, and well-governed data strategy enables organizations to make better decisions, identify operational improvements, and measure performance more effectively. It creates an evidence-based framework for understanding what is happening within the business and where opportunities exist. In other words, data isn't important because of AI. AI is important because of data. Organizations succeeded with data long before AI emerged, and they will continue to rely on it regardless of future technologies. AI's potential is entirely dependent on the quality, accessibility, and governance of the data that powers it. Organizations that establish strong data foundations often begin realizing benefits before deploying any AI solutions at all. Once AI is introduced, that foundation allows them to maximize the value of their investment and accelerate results. Start with the focus on the desired outcome, not the technology. One of the biggest challenges organizations face when discussing AI is the tendency to think too broadly. The conversation quickly shifts to enterprise-wide transformation, massive technology investments, and complex implementation roadmaps. The result can be overwhelming, leading many organizations to delay action altogether. Fu offered a different perspective. Instead of asking, "How do we become an AI-powered organization?" leaders should begin with a simpler question: What are we trying to achieve? Whether the goal is improving operational efficiency, reducing processing times, enhancing customer experiences, or gaining better business insights, defining the desired outcome creates focus. Once the outcome is clear, organizations can identify the specific data required to support that objective. They can determine what information needs to be collected, how it should be organized, and what systems are necessary to make it accessible. By starting with the outcome, the path forward becomes far more manageable. Start small to scale successfully. AI readiness doesn't require solving every data challenge at once. In fact, trying to do too much too quickly is often what causes initiatives to stall. Fu encouraged organizations to think about data strategy as a journey rather than a destination. Instead of attempting to transform the entire enterprise, focus on a single business challenge or operational process. Identify a problem worth solving. Determine what data supports that process. Create a structure that allows that data to be collected, governed, and measured. Then build from there. This approach creates momentum while delivering tangible business value along the way. It also allows organizations to learn, refine their processes, and establish best practices before expanding to larger initiatives. The key is ensuring that whatever foundation is built today can scale tomorrow. Governance creates confidence. As organizations collect and manage increasing amounts of information, governance becomes essential. Data governance isn't simply about compliance or security. It is about ensuring that data remains accurate, reliable, and useful across the organization. Leaders need confidence that the information they are using to make decisions is trustworthy. AI models need confidence that the data informing recommendations is accurate. Employees need confidence that they can access the right information at the right time. Strong governance provides that confidence. It establishes accountability, creates consistency, and ensures that data remains aligned with business objectives as organizations grow and evolve. Without governance, data becomes fragmented. With governance, data becomes a strategic asset. The three ingredients of AI success. During his Summit presentation, Fu outlined a simple framework for organizations pursuing AI adoption: * AI needs data. * Data needs governance. * People make decisions. These three elements work together to create sustainable value. Data provides information. AI helps identify patterns, generate insights, and accelerate analysis. People apply context, judgment, and expertise to determine the best course of action. Successful organizations understand that AI is not replacing human decision-making. Instead, it is enhancing the ability of people to make better, faster, and more informed decisions. Is your data ready for the AI spotlight? The insurance industry is entering a period of significant transformation. AI will undoubtedly play a major role in shaping how organizations operate, serve customers, and compete in the years ahead. But technology alone will not determine success. Organizations that invest in strong data foundations today will be better positioned to capitalize on the opportunities AI creates tomorrow. The path to AI readiness begins with a simple question: What outcome are you trying to achieve? Answer that question, build the data foundation to support it, and AI becomes far more than a technology initiative - it becomes a business advantage. Ready to build a stronger foundation for AI?
