- Salesforce Developer certifications: PD-I and PD-II
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in Salesforce applications
- Administer and manage Copado pipelines for deployment processes
- Run security scans using Checkmarx and provide solutions to mitigate findings
- Integrate and manage e-signature processes using DocuSign or equivalent tools within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Work closely with Mulesoft or similar middleware tools for integration between Salesforce and other platforms
- Support Data Migration between Salesforce and other systems using Data Loader or similar tools
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior Developers
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and ensure best practices are adhered to in all developments
- Participate in code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure high code quality and design patterns are followed
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials
- Provide training and support to end-users when necessary
