Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative solutions
  • Experience with programmatic solutions including Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and HTML
  • Proven experience with 3rd party deployment tools like Copado
  • Familiarity with security scanning tools, notably Checkmarx
  • Experience with e-signature tools such as DocuSign
  • Salesforce Integration experience using Mulesoft or other middleware tools
  • Salesforce Developer certifications: PD-I and PD-II
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in Salesforce applications
  • Administer and manage Copado pipelines for deployment processes
  • Run security scans using Checkmarx and provide solutions to mitigate findings
  • Integrate and manage e-signature processes using DocuSign or equivalent tools within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Work closely with Mulesoft or similar middleware tools for integration between Salesforce and other platforms
  • Support Data Migration between Salesforce and other systems using Data Loader or similar tools
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior Developers
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and ensure best practices are adhered to in all developments
  • Participate in code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure high code quality and design patterns are followed
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials
  • Provide training and support to end-users when necessary
