Requirements
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital operations within media agencies, focused on ad tagging, pixeling, ad trafficking, and troubleshooting within an executional workflow.
  • A deep understanding of the ad-tech landscape.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and execute tactical responsibilities according to shared timelines.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
  • Expertise in HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies for ad tag and pixel implementation.
  • Experience managing and analyzing campaign data.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in major tracking platforms such as Google Tag Manager.
  • Working knowledge of tag and event management for major social platforms, including Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and Snap.
  • Experience with ad server trafficking using Google Campaign Manager.
Responsibilities
  • Foster a collaborative environment and guide Ad Operations communications across the media practice.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and operational excellence.
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of ad tagging and pixeling processes.
  • Monitor operational efficiency and quality assurance so campaigns are executed accurately and meet internal standards.
  • Evaluate and optimize workflows and processes to improve team productivity and campaign performance.
  • Monitor industry changes related to ad technology, privacy regulations, and cookie deprecation to anticipate and mitigate impacts on campaign execution.
  • Lead research and analysis on emerging ad-tech trends and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to operational strategies and solutions addressing changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Oversee end-to-end multi-platform advertising campaign execution, from pre-campaign measurement and attribution setup through post-launch analysis and optimization.
  • Ensure accurate setup of ad tags and pixels while collaborating with media partners and creative teams.
  • Manage and optimize the Creative Rotation Sheet, ensuring campaign specifications are current and accurate.
  • Troubleshoot and promptly resolve ad-serving and tracking issues.
  • Collaborate with digital media teams to implement creative and strategic campaign adjustments.
Desired Qualifications
  • Functional knowledge of tag-management solutions including Adobe, Tealium, Oracle, and Segment.
  • App-tracking experience.
