Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented and passionate Engagement and Communication Advisor in our Perth Office.

Support strategic engagement and communication initiatives across infrastructure, environmental and energy projects.

You will work closely with clients to prepare communities for change and draw on GHD’s global expertise to address the challenges of complex projects.

Working with a high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
 

• Supporting the development and implementation of stakeholder and community engagement plans across a diverse range of GHD projects and the industries we support
• Strengthening client relationships across existing accounts and identifying new growth areas
• Contributing to proposals and submissions for new opportunities
• Briefing stakeholders on project progress, status and key updates
• Supporting community consultation, facilitation and communication activities
   

What would you bring to the team?
 

• Relevant qualifications in a related discipline, or equivalent transferable experience
• 2 to 5 years' proven experience in delivering outcomes in a similar role
• A strong focus on client service and quality delivery
• The ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and stay organised
• Clear and confident communication skills
• The confidence to work independently and part of a team
• Sound judgement and the ability to make considered decisions
• Social performance experience would be an advantage
