- Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a similar position.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and confident approach when contacting candidates.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
- Fluent English.
- Candidates must declare a criminal record extract no older than three months.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other relevant channels.
- Proactively search for candidates for IT and technical positions, including passive candidates.
- Review CVs and online profiles and assess candidates against the requirements of each position.
- Conduct initial screening conversations to understand candidates’ experience, skills, and availability.
- Contact candidates directly and introduce relevant career opportunities in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future recruitment needs.
- Work closely with recruiter coordinators to understand open positions, priorities, and candidate requirements.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialised and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Monitor the effectiveness of different sourcing channels and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Stay informed about relevant recruitment tools, sourcing methods, and developments in the talent market.
- Experience sourcing candidates for IT or technical roles.
- Additional European languages.
