Responsibilities
  • Develop a training strategy, curriculum, training manuals, presentations, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, workshops, webinars, and adoption communications; deliver or support virtual and on-site training; collect learner feedback; reinforce implementation and adoption.
  • Establish a communication plan that outlines the frequency and methods of communication with stakeholders.
  • Review the prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws; develop and customize procurement and supply chain procedures.
  • Create and update supporting documents, forms, terms, and conditions reflecting the newly developed procedures; develop acquisition life cycle flow charts and a visually appealing flow chart demonstrating the acquisition life cycle.
  • Implement support through both virtual and in-person training sessions; establish mechanisms for continuous improvement by regularly collecting feedback and monitoring effectiveness; maintain procedural, form, and terms and conditions compliance resulting from changes to prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws.
Desired Qualifications
  • 6+ years training development, organizational change management, workforce enablement, curriculum design, or adult learning experience; experience supporting process rollouts, procedural training, federal clients, or regulated operations preferred
  • Prosci, ATD/CPLP, instructional design, or change management certification preferred
  • Experience supporting Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector clients or contracts & supply chain management procedures; experience with federal contracting environments
