Requirements
  • At least 2 years of executive personal assistant or housekeeping experience in a family home.
  • A criminal background check is required.
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant with another family is required.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • The candidate must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, able to work in a self-directed environment, flexible, and able to multitask.
Responsibilities
  • Keep living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms organized and neat, as well as the designated vehicle.
  • Grocery shop an average of twice per week.
  • Drop off and pick up dry cleaning.
  • Do daily laundry.
  • Remove trash and recycling, clean fixtures, and perform other common cleaning tasks.
  • Do light vacuuming and sweeping to keep the home neat and tidy.
  • Organize storage spaces on an ongoing basis.
  • Manage cleaning supplies.
  • Coordinate with other household staff.
  • Work quietly and quickly around the household.
