Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Yardi Technical Lead Analyst to lead development and application support for a long-term programme. This role combines hands-on Yardi Voyager expertise with technical leadership, team coordination, Stakeholder engagement and continuous platform improvement.

The successful candidate will set technical direction, manage delivery priorities and serve as a key Stakeholder-facing contact. The role requires strong active listening, clear communication and the ability to translate business requirements into stable, scalable and supportable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead the design, development and maintenance of reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Yardi Standard Reports (YSR).

·       Lead Yardi Voyager customization’s, screen development, configuration, workflows, interfaces and integrations using Yardi APIs and web services.

·       Develop and review SQL scripts for data migration, validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting and controlled data correction.

·       Translate approved business requirements into practical technical solutions and formal Technical Specification Documents.

·       Oversee incidents, service requests, defects and development tickets from triage through resolution.

·       Lead root-cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.

·       Coordinate development, testing, deployment, defect resolution and post-release support.

·       Ensure compliance with coding, documentation, testing, change-control and release standards.

·       Identify opportunities to improve platform reliability, performance, automation and support processes.

Team and Stakeholder Management

·       Allocate and monitor work based on business priorities, team capabilities and delivery commitments.

·       Provide technical guidance, solution reviews, mentoring and hands-on support to development and support teams.

·       Oversee ticket queues, delivery progress, quality, risks and dependencies, taking timely corrective action.

·       Coordinate with CSD, business analysis, testing and platform teams to ensure effective triage and end-to-end delivery.

·       Serve as the key technical contact for Yardi development and application support, leading requirement walkthroughs, solution reviews and status meetings.

·       Actively listen to Stakeholder needs, clarify requirements and acceptance criteria, and communicate technical options, risks and resolution plans in clear business language.

·       Manage Stakeholder expectations through timely updates, transparent communication and consistent delivery.

·       Support Stakeholder acceptance, production deployment and post-release activities, escalating delivery, capacity or technical risks through appropriate governance channels.

Delivery Process

·       Review the Business Requirements Document (BRD), scope and internal effort estimate.

·       Align stakeholders on assumptions, dependencies, technical approach and delivery effort.

·       Prepare or review the Technical Specification Document and obtain approval before development.

·       Oversee development, code review, unit testing and deployment to the test environment.

·       Coordinate validation, defect resolution and business acceptance.

·       Oversee production deployment through approved change-control and release processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

·       Six or more years of hands-on Yardi Voyager development and application support experience.

·       Strong Microsoft SQL Server expertise, including complex scripting and troubleshooting.

·       Strong experience developing and reviewing SSRS and YSR reports.

·       Experience with Yardi Voyager customization’s, screens, workflows, APIs and web services.

·       Experience preparing and reviewing formal Technical Specification Documents.

·       Hands-on experience managing support tickets, including triage, prioritization, investigation, resolution and stakeholder communication.

·       Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating technical development and support team.

·       Experience collaborating with a Customer Service Delivery team in an application support environment.

·       Proven Stakeholder-facing experience across requirements, solution walkthroughs, issue management and delivery reporting.

·       Strong written and spoken English, active listening skills and confidence communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·       Ability to manage competing priorities, make sound delivery decisions and escalate risks appropriately.

Nice to Have

·       Relevant Yardi certification.

·       Experience with Yardi Commercial, Residential and/or Investment Management modules.

·       Experience supporting enterprise Stakeholders within formal change-controlled release environments.

·       Experience with data migration, reconciliation and high-volume data validation.

·       Understanding of real estate, property management, investment management or finance-related processes.
