What believers are saying

  • June 2025 QIP ranking #2 of 127 brought over $3.5 million in incentives.
  • MCC opened a new 2,500-square-foot Vivalon clinic in 2024 for 8,000 annual visits.
  • The 2024 dental renovation expanded services for homeless patients and adults with HIV/AIDS.

What critics are saying

  • TriZetto's October 2, 2025 breach exposed patient demographics, insurance IDs, and Social Security numbers.
  • MCC still relies on patient services for 81% of $70.9 million revenue.
  • No recent layoffs surfaced, but nonprofit reimbursement pressure can erode staffing quickly.

What makes Marin Community Clinics unique

  • Marin Community Clinics serves nearly 1 in 6 Marin County residents in 2025.
  • Its integrated FQHC model bundles medical, dental, behavioral health, OB-GYN, and optometry care.
