  • 3–7+ years of experience in data center construction or mission-critical environments.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role.
  • Strong knowledge of structured cabling, electrical systems, or related data center infrastructure.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to project sites.
  • OSHA certification.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field technicians, electricians, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee installation of data center infrastructure including structured cabling, electrical systems, containment systems, racks, and related equipment.
  • Ensure work is performed according to project specifications, blueprints, and industry standards.
  • Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance on job sites.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and toolbox talks.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and client representatives.
  • Track labor hours, productivity, and material usage.
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
  • Perform quality control inspections and resolve field issues promptly.
  • Train and mentor crew members.
