The Premio Nacional de Calidad (National Quality Award), administered by the Consejo Coordinador Empresarial, evaluates organizations across multiple dimensions including leadership, strategy, workforce development, and value creation. The rigorous multi-stage process involves independent external evaluators and requires full organizational transparency throughout. The Precision Resource Mexico team spent over a year preparing for and completing the evaluation, a process that by design examines an organization as comprehensively as any external audit can.
