Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in attic and crawl-space restoration, rodent proofing, or insulation installation.
  • At least 5 years of experience in skilled trades such as plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work, with a strong track record of successful project management.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience, including the ability to motivate and mentor crew members across small teams of three to four crews.
  • Ability to properly use personal protective equipment, including respirators, protective eyewear, sound-dampening headphones, utility gloves, Tyvek suits, and knee pads.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate crews' daily activities, including attending morning meetings, confirming equipment and materials are available, and assigning tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
  • Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safe material-handling protocols.
  • Manage personnel, materials, tools, equipment, and other assets necessary for daily projects.
  • Communicate job progress, material requirements, and site issues.
  • Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Resolve minor conflicts and disputes among crew members professionally.
  • Oversee loading and unloading of materials and equipment and ensure proper handling at job sites.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during job execution.
  • Manage project paperwork for accurate material usage and labor allocation.
  • Obtain signed job-completion paperwork and verify the payment amount to collect.
  • Complete end-of-day paperwork.
  • Attend department safety meetings, load trucks, prepare materials, review daily jobs with crew leads, perform assigned restoration work at job sites, and unload and clean trucks after completing jobs.
  • Complete required training on Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements, processes, equipment, and materials.

  • Previous insulation or rodent-control experience is strongly preferred.
