Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience.
Relevant leadership and management skills.
Five years of experience in a production or manufacturing company.
Experience with improvement tools such as 5S, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
Project work experience.
Basic financial knowledge.
Knowledge of products, manufacturing, and processes.

Responsibilities

Manage team members and team leaders.
Set and follow up on targets for the team and each employee, broken down from unit-level targets.
As process owner, ensure the safety of people, processes, and manufactured or delivered products; quality and the quality system; delivery; and cost.
Secure quality through standard operating procedure audit dialogues and execution of standard operating procedures.
Drive team and employee performance through personal presence.
Manage the team’s cost account.
Lead performance meetings, improvement meetings, and related activities.
Act as a link between the factory and support functions for daily issues.
Control quality, deviations, and production line stops.
Provide the team with relevant information.
Lead or support production-related claim handling.
Lead activities relevant to ALPS, including total productive maintenance, 5S, PRP, standard operating procedures, and Kaizen.
Perform audits according to ALPS.
Ensure production capacity meets workload.
Continuously improve productivity.
Lead and develop people in the unit.
Provide employees with the equipment, resources, and clarity or context they need to accomplish their work, and remove obstacles to their success.
Identify gaps, close them, and connect the team with other functions.

Desired Qualifications

Certified Green Belt is a plus.

Provide the team with relevant information
Leading or support claim handling related production
Leading ALPS relevant activities:TPM,5S, PRP, SOP, Kaizan and etc.;
Perform audits according to ALPS
Secure production capacity according to workload
Continuously Improve productivity
Leading and develop the people in unit
