Location: Grove Dental Associates - Wheaton, IL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$23.00/hour based on experience  

Required: Experienced Treatment Coordinator with Strong Dental Insurance knowledge

Your Work Schedule

4-day work week including every other Saturday

Weekday hours 7:45am - 6:15pm with a 1 hour lunch

Saturday 6:45am - 2:30pm with a 30 minute lunch

Your Role as a Front Desk CoordinatorAs a Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, ensuring patients feel valued from the moment they walk through the door. Your organization, professionalism, and ability to multitask will help keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include verifying benefits, preparing treatment estimates, reviewing financials with patients, & coordinationg treatment.
• Dependably handle financial tasks, including co-payment collection, insurance verification, and daily reporting, ensuring a worry-free patient experience.
• Perform administrative duties such as sorting mail, scanning documents, and photocopying.
• Answer phone calls, provide information, and schedule, verify, and confirm appointments.
• Clearly explain dental procedures, policies, and services to patients.
• Present financial arrangements and policies to patients while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Track and manage appointments, including cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals, to ensure a smooth schedule flow.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
• 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred.
• Familiarity with dental software, Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn new programs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
