Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM Campaign Manager to join our Engagement Marketing team. This individual contributor will report to the CRM Director and work closely with cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive email, SMS and direct mail marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Management
- Assist in execution of comprehensive email, SMS, and direct mail marketing campaigns from planning and setup to deployment, testing, and analysis
- Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including audience segmentation, A/B testing configuration, deployment scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Build and implement e-newsletters
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Participate in relationships with third-party vendors used to execute campaigns
- Collaborate closely with content creators and graphic designers to integrate pre-written copy and approved visual assets into campaigns for optimal deployment
- Work with the Content Director and Brand Strategy teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives
- Partner with the CRM Director and Digital Strategy teams to support broader marketing initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates
- Generate and present detailed reports to track progress, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization
- Maintain data quality and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations
- Support the implementation of new CRM technologies and processes as directed by management
- Assist with database management, list hygiene, and segmentation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms. Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance analysis and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization (preferred)
- Understanding of email deliverability best practices and compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance
- Basic understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
