Responsibilities
  • Be an integral part of putting together an operational plan which meets the needs of the company/customer requirements
  • Responsible for the entire start-up including overseeing building/renovation of the facility, hiring a team, managing orders/vendors
  • Team building & management, including finding teammates, managing, and helping the team grow
  • Develop and enrich partnerships with local governments, businesses, and NGOs
  • Responsible for recruiting and growing a local team
  • Travel 80% (May be more or less depending on business needs)
